Your Role & Impact As our Dental Office Manager , you'll be at the heart of everything we do...leading operations, elevating team performance, and helping patients have the best experience possible. You'll work side-by-side with our doctors and team to keep the office running efficiently and profitably. What You'll Do Oversee daily office operations and patient flow Present dental treatment and financial arrangements Lead, train, and motivate your team to exceed goals Influence key metrics: production, collections, case acceptance, patient retention Manage billing, insurance claims, A/R, and scheduling Create a positive, organized, patient-first environment Collaborate with leadership to implement systems that drive results What We're Looking For 3+ years of dental office management experience Experience with Dentrix a HUGE PLUS! Proven ability to manage production, collections & team KPIs Sales or business background Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Tech-savvy with dental software, Microsoft Office & digital tools Deep knowledge of dentistry, dental billing, insurance, and financial coordination Adaptable, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure Hours Mon-Thurs: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Fri: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM #J-18808-Ljbffr Jupiter Dentistry
