Account Manager - Valet & Parking Services - Cleveland Clinic ED

Account Manager I am looking for an Account Manager who will directly oversee one Towne Park account and be responsible for account performance, focusing on financial results, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Drive business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness and high performance. Improve financial performance and profitability of the account and maximize opportunities within contractual agreements. Manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping for associates; ensure accurate payroll and accounting reports. Recruit, hire, train, and retain talented associates; conduct performance appraisals and coaching. Oversee labor resource allocation and forecast staffing needs in collaboration with District Managers. Deliver consistent guest/patient service experience; enforce client and Towne Park service standards. Build cohesive relationships with client staff, maintain regular communication, and focus on exceeding client expectations. Train team on use of Towne Park systems; ensure a clean, well‑maintained work environment. Implement safety and security procedures; report incidents and manage claims with the Risk Management Department. Manage sales responsibilities by maintaining client relationships, advising leadership of market changes, and tracking opportunity growth. Qualifications Associate’s degree or two (2) years of related experience; equivalent education/experience acceptable. Knowledge of accounting, human resources, and customer service practices. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and point‑of‑sale applications. Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to address all organizational levels. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to operate manual transmission vehicle. Eligible for background, MVR, and drug screening; must be at least 18 years old. Compensation & Benefits Annual base pay range: $55,000 – $60,000. Potential annual incentive bonuses based on classification and policy guidelines.
