LHH is assisting a top law firm in NYC in its search for a Trademark Associate. An ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2-5 years of experience handling domestic and international trademark portfolios, including with trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement. Experience before the TTAB or prior trademark litigation experience is preferred. The firm offers competitive compensation, a hybrid work schedule and excellent benefits.
