NOW HIRING: SKILLED CONSTRUCTION TIE-BEAMER

Position: Tie-Beamer / Concrete & Structural Framing Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Tie-Beamer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with tie beams, reinforced concrete, rebar installation, formwork, and structural concrete work and be comfortable working on new construction projects from foundation through structural completion.

Responsibilities:

• Construct and install tie beams, bond beams, grade beams, columns, and reinforced concrete members .
• Read and interpret construction plans, structural drawings, and rebar schedules.
• Layout and install reinforcing steel according to plans and specifications.
• Cut, bend, tie, and properly position rebar.
• Build, assemble, and strip concrete forms.
• Install concrete forms for beams, columns, walls, and other structural components.
• Ensure proper dimensions, elevations, alignment, and reinforcement placement.
• Assist with concrete placement, vibration, finishing, and related structural work.
• Work with block masons, framers, laborers, and other trades to maintain project schedules.
• Identify and report potential structural or construction issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite requirements.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on construction experience , preferably with reinforced concrete and structural framing.
• Proven experience constructing tie beams and reinforced concrete structures .
• Strong knowledge of rebar placement, tying, laps, spacing, and concrete reinforcement.
• Experience with concrete formwork and layout.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Ability to accurately measure and follow elevations and dimensions.
• Experience with residential and/or commercial new construction preferred.
• Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
• Must be able to work safely in an active construction environment.
• Ability to work with and direct laborers when necessary is a plus.
