Retail Display Installer – Technology Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required, but occasional weekends and early morning hours may be necessary. Role: 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role you will execute a wide range of in‑store tasks, including: Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps Performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs Following plan‑ograms and client‑specific directives Completing necessary forms, images, and surveys at each job site Conducting break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain functional Participating in early‑morning installations and multi‑person teams Managing virtual software and ensuring successful execution of related tasks Contributing to team success by assisting other members as needed Adhering to timelines, accurate timecard submission, and daily reporting of any anomalies Working independently in a fast‑paced environment Participating in training and certification programs Accurately tracking, recording, and communicating activity via designated systems and workflows Remaining available for weekend assignments as required Benefits Hourly pay starting at $16.25 per hour, based on experience and location Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement No weekend work required; flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts Paid training Maintaining a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period Variety of projects and clients Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and maintain consistent communication with field services management (typically within 24 hours). Keep availability updated accurately. Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Participate in early‑morning installations and multi‑person team installations. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist team members as needed and contribute to overall success. Report anomalies daily and correct timecard submissions as required. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Attend training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Qualifications Age / Eligibility: Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States. Availability: Flexible Monday‑through‑Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early‑morning and late‑night availability as required. Physical Abilities: Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead. Adaptability: Ability to adjust to varying tasks and work environments. Communication Skills: Effective phone, text, and email communication; use of smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo uploads, app downloads, and internet connection. Education: High school diploma or equivalent typical requirement; retail or merchandising experience beneficial. Experience Preferred: Installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives. Technology: Own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo and data upload; navigate communication platforms and applications independently. Training: Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames. Transportation and Travel: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment. Leadership & Communication: Superior professional communication and presentation skills; sound decision‑making, judgment, problem‑solving; autonomy with excellent time‑management and reporting.
