We’re hiring a Manager, Talent to help shape how Ubique Group attracts, develops, and mobilizes talent across the organization. This is a strategic and hands‑on role for a talent leader who can deliver recruiting results while building scalable programs, workforce insights, and technology‑enabled practices.

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting across corporate, distribution, and leadership roles
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using CRM technology
• Strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing
• Optimize recruiting workflows, reporting, and candidate experience
• Support workforce planning, skills taxonomy, and skills‑gap analysis
• Lead Ubique Group’s employee referral and internship programs
• Progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or workforce planning
• Strong full‑cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing capabilities
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, talent CRMs, and recruiting analytics
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills
