Understand each prospect’s unique situation through thoughtful conversation. Pre‑qualify prospects for our services. Schedule appointments with the closing team. Track all interactions in Salesforce. Qualifications 2–3 years proven sales experience (telesales preferred). Consistently hits or exceeds sales targets. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and strong computer skills; Salesforce experience a plus. Technical experience with multiple platforms, including CRM systems; comfortable using a Mac. Pass all training assessments and attend the 2‑week training program. Benefits & Compensation Base salary + uncapped commission with top performers earning $120K–$160K. Weekly commissions.
