Bindery Stacker

C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire Stacker in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Stacker: $18-$19/hr.; Thursday-Saturday 5 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Catching and stacking folded printed materials as they come off the folding machine
• Aligning and arranging products neatly on pallets for further processing
• Assisting Operators with setup, cleanup and changeovers as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Monitoring product for defects or inconsistencies
• Following safety procedures and production guidelines
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals

• Must have strong attendance and good work ethic, as this role directly supports another team member
• Must be quality-minded and pay attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and organization
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping and standing activities for the entirety of the shift
• Must be team-oriented, reliable and safety-conscious
• No prior printing or bindery experience required (training will be provided)
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Must be at least 18 years of age to operate equipment
