AAM associates enjoy an attractive benefit package including health care, retirement plans, paid vacation, paid holidays, life insurance, disability protection and much more.Job DescriptionPerform all duties with a safety and quality first mindsetWork as a part of a team to assess, diagnose, and repair machineryTroubleshoot and repair: CNC MachinesRoboticsElectrical EquipmentPneumatic and Hydraulic EquipmentAir and Coolant Lines.Hydraulic Components, Valves, Cylinders, and Pressure RegulatorsTroubleshoot and repair 3-phase, 480V equipmentTroubleshoot and repair low-voltage AC/DC equipmentReview work orders for details on needed repairs and special instructionsDocument repairs in work log for future referenceRebuild, repair, or reassemble machines and equipment.Do preventative/predictive maintenance on all production equipment.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Skills and Education3+ years experience performing maintenance on CNC Machines, Hydraulics and Pneumatics equipment, industrial robotics and high a low Voltage Electrical SystemsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentAble to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues in a timely manner, and know when to ask for helpIntermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.Ability to pass pre-employment screening process including physical, drug test, criminal background and education verification.As a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier, AAM designs, engineers and manufactures Driveline and Metal Forming technologies to support electric, hybrid and internal combustion vehicles.
