As a Quality Control Coordinator, you'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring our standards for high-quality infrastructure products are met at every step. You'll work closely with engineering and leadership to uphold quality standards and collaborate with inspection agencies to maintain compliance. What You'll Do As a Quality Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and scheduling Quality Control team members to ensure complete inspection coverage for daily production.
• Overseeing quality program compliance with PCI standards and reporting directly to engineering and leadership.
• Maintaining all digital QC records, program manuals, and laboratory equipment in compliance with ASTM standards.
• Training, mentoring, and holding plant team members accountable to company quality processes.
• Managing vendor and external agency relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for inspectors.
• Developing, testing, and adjusting conventional and self-consolidating concrete (SCC) mix designs.
• Troubleshooting field quality issues, overseeing on-site repairs, and performing stress calculation adjustments.
• Promoting a strong safety culture through morning huddles, toolbox talks, and active safety committee participation.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in precast/prestressed concrete, materials testing, or construction inspection.
• PCI Level III Quality Certification (or the ability to obtain within 3 years), alongside relevant ACI or DOT credentials.
• Ability to interpret complex construction drawings, engineering specifications, and statistical data.
• Proficient computer skills, with exposure to QC software (e.g., PieceTracker, Stonemont, Smartsheets, MS Office).
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and pass a pre-employment background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
