Assistant Restaurant Manager

SSP is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead a Panda Express location serving teams on mission-critical telecommunications projects. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will support daily operations, uphold Panda Express and SSP standards, and ensure a safe, efficient, and guest-focused environment. You’ll supervise shift staff, manage guest service, and maintain food safety, cleanliness, and cash control. Responsibilities include scheduling support, training team members, handling escalated customer issues, and assisting with inventory and ordering. You will model SSP’s safety-first, team-oriented culture, promoting accountability, professionalism, and continuous learning. This on-site role works closely with field and operations teams to align restaurant service with project schedules and crew needs. You’ll gain experience in high-volume restaurant leadership while contributing to a fast-paced environment that supports major carriers and government agency projects.
