ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Warehouse Operator II,you’llplay a key role in moving, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the warehouse.You’lloperateforklifts and other equipment, support shipping and receiving, and helpmaintainaccurateinventory.You’llalso perform tasks from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed. Your reliability and attention to detail help us deliver the products people love — safely and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment Operate material handling equipment safely (stand up hi-lo and pallet jack) Utilize handheld scanner Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems Organize and label warehouse storage areas Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks andmaintainworkflow Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED preferred 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations Ability to obtain forklift certification Proven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment Able tolift upto 50lbsand move throughout your shift Flexible to work overtime based on business needs This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

SKILLS:

Comfortable using computers, tablets, and inventory systems Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Able to read, write, and understand English Strong organization and time management Team-oriented and dependable The approximate hourly pay for this position is $22.15*. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
