Senior Canvassing Manager

Overview:

As a Senior Canvassing Manager with Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen, you will lead and develop multiple Proximity Marketing teams responsible for generating high-quality leads through neighborhood canvassing efforts. You will drive team performance, coach and develop frontline leaders, support recruiting efforts, and help execute strategies that contribute directly to market growth and revenue goals.

 

This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who enjoys developing people, building high-performing teams, and creating accountability while maintaining a positive team culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop multiple Proximity Marketing teams and managers.
• Drive lead generation performance and achievement of market goals.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent within the department.
• Provide ongoing performance coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Partner with Sales, Human Resources, and other departments to support business objectives.
• Monitor team metrics, forecasts, budgets, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and canvassing requirements.
• Support territory planning and execution to maximize lead opportunities.
• Conduct field observations and coaching to strengthen team effectiveness.
• Foster a culture built on accountability, respect, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using performance metrics to drive results.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide direct, constructive feedback and drive accountability.
• Canvassing, field marketing, door-to-door, or sales leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territories as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to walk for extended periods throughout the day.
