The client is seeking a licensed Dentist to provide a full range of general dental services in a public health setting. The candidate must meet all licensing, Medicaid enrollment, and insurance credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of general dental services within the scope of general dentistry
• Maintain accurate documentation using EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System)
• Follow infection control and state health guidelines
• Adhere to clinic policies and dress code (medical scrubs)
• Collaborate with dental staff and public health teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to speak and understand English
• Active Florida Dental License in good standing
• DDS or DMD degree
• Must be Fully Enrolled as a Florida Medicaid Provider
• Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance
• Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance
• Experience providing comprehensive dental exams
• Experience performing preventive services
• Experience with restorations
• Experience with removable complete and partial dentures
• Experience performing extractions
• Experience using EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record

Important Requirements:

• Must be fully enrolled as a Florida Medicaid Provider.
• Must be credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance.
• Must be credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing a full range of general dental services.
• Strong clinical skills in general dentistry.
• Ability to work independently in a dental clinic setting.
