Senior Planning Manager

To support the strategic and operational backbone of Fraud and Safety Operations, the full-time Senior Planning Manager will drive the execution of planning cycles, maintain roadmaps, and coordinate initiative inputs across cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and maintain the full milestone plan, tracking progress against deadlines and proactively managing risks Collect and organize initiative submissions, preparing prioritization materials for leadership review Prepare materials for planning forums and leadership meetings, ensuring alignment with OKR targets and metrics Required qualifications 6-8+ years of experience in program management and roadmap planning Hands-on experience with tools like Airtable, Asana, or Jira for building and maintaining roadmaps Strong analytical skills with experience working with OKR frameworks and capacity inputs Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation and reporting Bachelor's Degree preferred
