License & Certifications: Active AZ or compact RN license. Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (CNOR preferred). Radius & Distance Rules: Strict 50-mile radius rule (driver's license is the source of truth; no local rates). Clinical & Unit Overview Unit Details: 6 ORs 1 Hybrid OR. Average ~7 cases per day (max 15 per day). Common Cases: Open heart, vascular, endo, thoracic, esophageal, general, hepatobiliary, and transplants (lung, liver, and kidney). Charting System & Equipment: Cerner/Surginet EMR.
