Senior Weighmaster

Responsibilities Accurately manage inbound and outbound truck weighing transactions using scale systems and software Verify shipping, receiving, and billing documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy Coordinate with drivers, operations, dispatch, and customers to maintain efficient material flow Support office operations including answering phones, filing, greeting visitors, and providing administrative assistance as needed Maintain records, reports, and logs to support operational, inventory, and regulatory requirements Provide coverage at nearby facilities as needed and travel short distances within the region to support operational requirements Qualifications Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and customer service skills, including phone and front-office interactions Proficiency with computer systems, data entry tools, and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel Experience in administrative support, scale house operations, dispatch, customer service, or related office environments Commitment to safety, compliance, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service This role operates primarily in a scale house environment with frequent interaction with truck drivers and plant personnel. The position may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, exposure to outdoor conditions, and a fast‑paced operational setting.
