Inpatient Behavioral Health Nurse - Impactful Patient Care

Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Dallas in Garland, TX is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide high-quality behavioral health nursing care as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team serving children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
As an RN, you will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor progress, document in EMR, respond to emergencies, and uphold patient safety in a therapeutic environment. Full-time; 12-hour shifts; weekend rotation.
