Daily Overtime (OT after 8 hours per day, not just 40 hours per week).401(k) Retirement Plan: 50% company match.Comprehensive Benefits: Premium medical, dental, vision, and full coverage options.Role Overview & Scope of WorkIn this role, you will handle line maintenance, light scheduled inspections, and pre/post-flight operations for a diverse corporate fleet across modern hangar facilities.Aircraft Fleet Scope: Light, mid-size, and large-cabin corporate jets.In-House Maintenance Scope: Perform line maintenance, squawk resolution, AD research, parts ordering, logbook updates, and routine inspections under 400 man-hours.
