We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Lead with strong hands-on development expertise in .NET technologies and SQL Server. The candidate will lead an existing offshore team while actively contributing to development activities. The role requires independent collaboration with project stakeholders, participation in client discussions, status reporting, and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives. - Participate in client and internal project calls, provide regular status updates, and drive deliverables.
- Review code, ensure best practices, and support issue resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Support deployment and release management activities as needed.
