Summary High-Volume Engagement: Maintain a high level of activity to build a robust candidate pipeline and achieve set sales results. Process Management: Organize your calendar to manage numerous tasks simultaneously, ensuring candidates move efficiently through the hiring process. Rapport Building: Establish immediate trust with candidates through consistent communication and professional follow‑up.
