Crew Leader - Maintenance

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Crew Leader - Maintenance to oversee commercial landscape maintenance projects. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a crew performing mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, cleanups, and irrigation checks for HOAs, resorts, commercial, and municipal clients. You’ll coordinate daily schedules, ensure quality, safety, and equipment readiness, and train crew members in proper horticultural and construction-related practices.
