Descripción del Puesto Como HHA o CNA en Homewatch CareGivers, brindarás atención personalizada a una cliente ubicada en Weston, Florida , con inicio inmediato . Paciente es una persona de 84 años con diagnóstico de Alzheimer/Demencia. Estamos buscando un cuidador o cuidadora compasivo(a), confiable y con experiencia para brindar apoyo en sus necesidades diarias y garantizar su seguridad y bienestar. Responsabilidades Principales Asistir con el cuidado personal completo y las actividades de la vida diaria. Ayudar con transferencias y movilidad de manera segura. Brindar compañía y apoyo emocional. Supervisar la condición general del cliente e informar cualquier cambio al equipo de atención. Mantener un entorno seguro y cómodo en el hogar. Colaborar con otro miembro de apoyo presente durante la semana para garantizar la mejor atención posible. Detalles del Caso Ubicación: Weston, FL Idioma requerido: Español Inicio: Inmediato Horario Potencial Lunes a viernes: 8:00 AM a 8:00 PM o 9:00 AM a 9:00 PM Sábados y domingos: Turnos de 24 horas Requisitos Buscamos personas que cuenten con: Certificación válida de Home Health Aide (HHA) o CNA en el estado de Florida. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español . Experiencia con clientes que padecen Alzheimer o Demencia (preferida). Actitud compasiva, paciente y orientada al servicio. Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo. Responsabilidad y puntualidad. Certificación de RCP (CPR) . Mínimo de 12 horas de capacitación en servicio (In-Service) vigentes y no vencidas . Tipo de Empleo y Disponibilidad Caso disponible para comenzar de inmediato.
