About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The CFO will be responsible for developing and executing the company's financial strategy to support growth, margin expansion, and strong cash generation. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and shareholders on strategic initiatives, capital investments, and enterprise risk. The successful candidate will also be tasked with leading financial planning, reporting, and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and local statutory requirements. A key aspect of the position is the management of global cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships, as well as overseeing M&A activities and strategic investments. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional credential preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and capital-intensive operations, and experience working with owners, family shareholders, or private-equity sponsors. The role demands a leader with strong operational and commercial acumen, a deep understanding of manufacturing economics, and the ability to lead complex organizations across regions and cultures. The CFO must be a pragmatic, results-oriented individual with high integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to ethical business practices.
