• Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric populations within a school-based setting
• Solid understanding of childhood speech, language, and communication development
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with diverse school teams and families
• Ability to deliver therapy, follow treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation with professionalism

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Assisting in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Performing screenings, maintaining accurate records, and reporting progress on goals
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and related service providers to drive student success
• Supporting classroom integration strategies for students with speech and language needs
