Litigation Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Louisville, KY. The Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation, including trial prep and trial. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation Drafting and filing litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions and memorandum Guiding clients through the case process Interacting with expert witnesses for conferences, drafting expert reports and affidavits Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings and court appearances Qualifications Law degree from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar Association Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases Excellent client service and communication skills Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills #LI-CB2 Benefits For full‑time employees, benefits include medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays.
