Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $20.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Openwork is hiring an experienced and dependable Forklift Operator to support a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Denton. This role is ideal for operators who are confident handling oversized materials, working safely around production equipment, and looking for long-term career potential.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts.
• Move, stack, and organize large wooden materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload materials while maintaining product stability and safety.
• Handle oversized and long materials with care and accuracy.
• Place materials at elevated storage locations and racks safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of forklift operating experience required (sit-down or stand-up).
• Experience moving large, long, or oversized materials required.
• Experience placing materials at elevated heights required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
