Product Manager

Responsibilities Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a Metrc software product. Act as a bridge between stakeholders, customers and development teams. Establish a clear product vision, business case, and strategy. Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance product discovery. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback. Translate concepts into detailed product requirements and specifications. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics. Own product success metrics such as adoption and retention. Serve as the voice of the customer. Prioritize and manage the product backlog. Communicate the vision and strategy to stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a software development environment. Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from concept to launch. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban and Scrum) with experience managing cross-functional teams. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
