Job Title: Director, Costing - UGGReports to:Sr. Director, CostingLocation: Goleta, CA HybridTypically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – ThursdayThe RoleAs Director of Costing for UGG, you’ll lead a high-performing team and drive cross-functional collaboration to shape long-term costing strategies. You’ll partner with Sourcing, Planning, Product, and Asia Costing teams to manage and mitigate cost inflation, enhance product lifecycle management, and innovate costing processes and systems.
