Billing Analyst (Bilingual)

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Billing Analyst (Bilingual) in Kenosha, WI. As a Bilingual Billing Analyst, you’ll support the Mexico location by evaluating billing process to ensure efficient operations across a growing North American company. You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, ensure program success and deliver value. Overview: Responsibilities They are looking for people who want to stay and retire at their organization and have long-term perks and incentives Our client offers opportunities to grow your career with stability Role will be home-based out of Kenosha, WI and a fully on‑site culture Must be open to travel to Mexico location Position Responsibilities Act as a liaison (Spanish and English speaking) main point of contact for our Billing team in Mexico, improving systems and processes to streamline operations across North America Collaborate with departments to align project goals, provide updates and implement process enhancements Analyze billing and operational data to identify trends, perform root‑cause analysis and provide clear reports and insights Track project milestones to support execution and ensure resources align with deadlines Organize and maintain key project documentation to ensure programs run smoothly Requirements Bachelor’s degree; Major in Finance or Accounting preferred (Would also consider Data/Analytics, statistics, economics, etc.) 2+ years in business process optimization, change management or a related area Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills Proficiency in project management tools and software Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms Available for travel to Company’s North American locations The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
