Academy Ballroom is seeking motivated individuals to join our professional instructor team. No ballroom dance experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training to teach you everything you need to become a successful ballroom dance instructor.

What You'll Do

• Teach private and group ballroom dance lessons

• Build positive, lasting relationships with students

• Help students achieve their personal dance goals

• Learn our proven teaching methods and curriculum

• Participate in ongoing professional development and instructor training

• Attend studio events, social parties, showcases, and competitions

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

• An excellent communicator

• Comfortable working one-on-one with clients

• Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

• Professional and dependable

• Open to coaching and continuous learning

• Passionate about helping others grow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Customer service, teaching, coaching, fitness, performing arts, hospitality, sales, or leadership experience is a plus—but not required

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work evenings and weekends

• Authorized to work in the United States

No ballroom dance experience is necessary. We hire for attitude, communication skills, and work ethic—we'll teach the dance.
