Collaborate with dietitians and facility clinical team to deliver personalized nutrition plans and ensure high‑level care. Complete clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress. Conduct meal rounds as needed, complete sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain standards. Job Requirements Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement. State licensure as required by state. Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
