CRNA-Per Diem for 24-Hour Call Coverage-Mercy Medical Center Mercy Medical Center is seeking an experienced and dependable Per Diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide 24-hour call coverage in a collaborative and patient-focused environment. This role offers flexibility while supporting a high-quality surgical anesthesia program dedicated to exceptional patient care. Schedule & Call Requirements 24-hour call shifts from 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM Minimum 8 hours required in-house coverage Remaining on-call hours taken off-site Must be able to report to the hospital within 30 minutes while on call Flexible per diem scheduling based on departmental needs Responsibilities Provide anesthesia care for surgical cases only Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations Respond promptly to emergency and after-hours surgical anesthesia needs Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, and perioperative teams Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Deliver safe, evidence-based anesthesia care in compliance with hospital standards Qualifications Current certification as a CRNA Active California RN and APRN licensure Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Prior hospital-based surgical anesthesia experience preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation at $3,600 per shift Supportive and collaborative clinical team Professional work environment focused on patient-centered care Hiring practices will not be influenced or affected by an applicant's race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, or any other legally protected status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
