Supply Chain, Inventory & Retail Operations Manager

SelpH Beauty is looking for an experienced Supply Chain, Inventory & Retail Operations Manager to manage purchasing, inventory planning, demand forecasting, production coordination, logistics, EDI, QuickBooks, and wholesale operations across approximately 20 to 50 SKUs .

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands what it takes to support a growing beauty and personal care brand selling through major U.S. retailers.

What you’ll manage:

• Inventory planning and forecasting across 20 to 50 SKUs

• 30, 60 and 90-day demand projections

• Purchase orders and factory production planning

• Domestic and international logistics

• Freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PL coordination

• Retailer purchase orders, ship windows and routing requirements

• Target, Walmart and other major retail operational requirements

• Inventory in stock, in production and in transit

• Reorder points and purchase recommendations

• Retail compliance, OTIF, shortages, deductions and chargebacks

• New product launches and retailer resets

EDI experience is required.

Candidate must have hands-on experience with retail EDI, including:

• EDI 850 Purchase Orders

• EDI 855 Purchase Order Acknowledgments

• EDI 856 ASNs

• EDI 810 Invoices

• EDI 846 Inventory feeds when applicable

• Troubleshooting rejected transactions and EDI discrepancies

Experience with SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, CommerceHub or similar platforms is preferred.

QuickBooks experience is also required.

The role will include:

• Purchase order management

• Vendor bills

• Customer invoicing

• Inventory-related reconciliations

• Matching POs, receipts and invoices

• Tracking freight, duties and landed costs

• Reconciling EDI, 3PL and QuickBooks records

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience working with major national retailers. Target and/or Walmart experience is strongly preferred.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3 to 5+ years of supply chain, inventory planning, demand planning, purchasing or retail operations experience

• Experience managing 40 to 50+ active SKUs

• Direct experience supporting Target, Walmart, Ulta, Meijer, CVS, Walgreens or similar retailers

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

• Experience working with overseas manufacturers

• Experience managing 3PLs and freight partners

• Strong understanding of retailer routing guides, ASNs, compliance and chargebacks

• Beauty, skincare, personal care or CPG experience preferred

The ideal candidate understands the entire flow:

Retail Forecast → Demand Plan → Factory PO → Production → Freight → Warehouse → EDI Retailer PO → ASN → Delivery → Invoice → Replenishment → QuickBooks Reconciliation

This is not just a logistics position. We are looking for someone who can own the full operational process and help SelpH scale efficiently across major retail.
