We are hiring for multiple shifts and experience levels across three major locations. Whether you are an experienced Machine Operator, CNC specialist, or an OSHA-savvy Forklift Driver, we have an immediate opening for you.

- Forklift Operator (Cherry Picker)
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $18.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $19.00/hr
- Machine Operator (Resume required; minimum 1 year of setup experience)
- 2nd Shift (Mon–Fri): 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $21.50/hr
- 3rd Shift (Sun–Thu): 11:00 PM – 7:10 AM | $22.00/hr
Crystal Lake, IL
- Machine Operator
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $20.00 – $23.00/hr (Based on experience)
Aurora, IL
- Coater Operator
- Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $19.00/hr
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | $20.00/hr
- CNC Machine Operator
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $25.00 – $27.00/hr (Based on experience)
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $20.50/hr General Responsibilities
- Machine Operators: Perform machine setups, monitor automated production lines, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure quality control standards are met.
- CNC Operators: Set up and operate CNC machinery, read blueprints/schematics, inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools, and adjust offsets.
- Forklift Operators: Safely operate Cherry Picker/Order Picker forklifts to pick orders, replenish inventory, and stage materials in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Coater Operators: Run coating machinery lines, monitor chemical or material applications, and adjust machine parameters during extended 12-hour shift. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Relevant industrial experience required. Machine operators in Elgin must have 1+ years of setup experience .
- Reliability: Dependable transportation to arrive on time for your scheduled shift.
- Safety: Commitment to wearing required PPE and following all warehouse safety guidelines.
