We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Trial Attorney to join our legal team at our Corona location. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing high‑stakes litigation cases from inception through resolution. This role requires exceptional trial advocacy skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
• Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
• Prepare and present persuasive legal arguments in court.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other attorneys to gather evidence and build strong cases.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership and in good standing.
• Minimum of 8‑10 years of experience as a trial attorney (Family Law) with a proven track record of success in high‑stakes litigation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
