We foster a supportive culture where team members are empowered to grow professionally, collaborate with passionate colleagues, and make a real difference every day.Why Join Distinctive Living?Medical, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Time Off401(k) with Company BenefitsLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramGrowth and advancement opportunitiesSupportive leadership and a collaborative cultureCertified Great Place to Work®What You'll DoAs the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll lead the community's sales efforts by building strong relationships, guiding prospective residents and families through the decision-making process, and executing strategies that drive occupancy and revenue.Key Responsibilities:Drive occupancy by managing the entire sales process from lead generation through move-in.Conduct community tours, presentations, and personalized consultations with prospective residents and families.Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, senior organizations, financial and legal professionals, and other community partners.Represent the community at networking events, local organizations, and outreach activities.Plan and execute marketing events that generate qualified leads and increase community awareness.Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy goals.Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting within the CRM system.Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to support resident satisfaction and retention.Monitor sales performance, conversion metrics, and marketing effectiveness while identifying opportunities for growth.What We're Looking For5+ years of outside sales experience required.Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or other service-related sales experience strongly preferred.Proven ability to build relationships, network, and close sales.Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.Ability to travel locally for networking events, meetings, and community outreach.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.Why You'll Love This RoleThis is more than a sales position-it's an opportunity to help families navigate one of life's most important decisions.
