About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team of caregivers providing non-medical home care services to our clients in North Charleston, SC. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and transfer clients as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
