Our client, a leader in supply chain solutions, is seeking a Kinaxis Consultant to join their team. As a Kinaxis Consultant, you will be part of the operations support team, driving innovative supply chain planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Kinaxis Consultant Location: Burlington, Massachusetts What's the Job? Perform detailed discovery sessions with business users to understand and document RapidResponse configuration requirements, including supply chain network, operating model, system landscape, and planning processes. Select standard functionalities in RapidResponse and design data model changes, solution configuration, and customizations. Lead solution blueprinting and detailed design activities to ensure optimal implementation. Assign configuration tasks to project members according to their skills, review deliverables, and track completion. Apply advanced mathematical models to address customer requirements and support data management activities. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in operations research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a focus on operations or analytics. 3+ years of experience implementing supply chain Advanced Planning Solutions like o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, E2Open, etc. Experience leading at least one full lifecycle implementation of a supply chain planning solution, including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, testing, go-live/cutover, hyper care, and value realization. Proficiency in Agile methodology for delivering large-scale enterprise solutions. Strong skills in solution configuration, data integration, troubleshooting, and quality assurance practices.
