Overview Senior Program Manager WORK LOCATION: Hanscom AFB, MA SALARY RANGE: $115,000-$130,000* dependent on experience, certifications, and qualifications JOB STATUS: Full-time; Salaried Clearance: Secret clearance required Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to support the Base Information Transport Infrastructure (BITI) program, which is within the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) and located at Hanscom AFB, MA. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience, of which 5 years must be in the DoD. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.) Possesses proven leadership, team building, strategic planning, and organizational development skills. Has pertinent experience with an ACAT I level program, including development of new programs with the Acquisition community. Has pertinent experience in the development of RFP documentation and support of Acquisition Strategy reviews. Demonstrated experience in packaging and presenting briefings for senior level reviews. Has experience initiating and managing high visibility programs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project. Responsibilities Support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports (i.e. DAES, MAR, etc.). Support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews, and IMP/IMS reviews. Support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management. Identify acquisition strategy issues and propose alternative solutions. Apply advanced DoD acquisition strategy and documentation knowledge, including a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures, and practices. Assist with strategic level issues and work independently as well as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
