The Opportunity: West Liberty University is seeking an Administrative Assistant – College of Liberal and Creative Arts. This Part‑Time position ( Responsibilities Manage processes and workflow of the department. Manage, instruct, and coordinate all activities of support including, but not limited to: Data entry, supply ordering, scheduling, and clerical support – letters, reports, mailings, memos, and other documents. Provide effective communication and coordination with various groups throughout the department. Assist, manage, and coordinate special projects as assigned. Professionalism via phone, email, and face‑to‑face communication. Schedule and attend departmental & university meetings. Additional duties as assigned. Education & Experience Requirements Associate’s degree, Vocational or Technical School degree. At least two years of previous relevant administration experience. Skills & Abilities Demonstrated written, verbal, and listening communication skills. Team and relationship building skills. Professional etiquette.
