Salary: $16 per hour plus tips

We are currently hiring for experienced FT crew members with open availability.

The Bol Place is Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you are the face of our brand. Youll be responsible for crafting high-quality, nutritious protein bowls while providing a high-energy, welcoming experience for our guests. Youll work in a fast-paced environment where cleanliness, food safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service are top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Assembly: Build protein bowls according to exact specifications and portion controls.
• Food Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about menu and ingredients. Be aware of food allergens.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer satisfaction, service accuracy & speed, and product quality.
• Preparation: Assist with light food prep (e.g., washing produce, portioning proteins) and prepare food and beverages per the establishments standards and recipes while adhering to food safety standards.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless workspace, including dining areas, service area, and the kitchen.
• Stocking: Restock food and beverage items as needed. Put deliveries and supplies in proper areas.
• Compliance: Follow all local and state health department regulations and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in quick service restaurant preferred
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and/or holidays
  
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Works well in a team environment

The Bol Place is a subsidiary of Sturbridge Coffee House which has grown from a small caf over the last 19 years, into a bustling coffee house, with multiple Mini Sturbridge Coffee House locations.
We serve hundreds of people in the heart of Sturbridge, MA and beyond. We wouldn't be the great coffee house we are today, nor be opening additional locations, without the dedication of every employee and customer over the years.
