You’ll collaborate with our recruiting team to find, engage, and guide top talent through the hiring process—while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Source, engage, and screen candidates using tools like LinkedIn and Boolean search Guide candidates through the hiring process from first contact to post-placement Post job ads, review applicants, and conduct initial interviews Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent Translate hiring needs into actionable sourcing strategies Provide reports and insights using recruitment data Collaborate on sourcing tactics and market intelligence with internal teams What You Bring 0–1 year of experience in recruiting or human resources Passion for helping businesses succeed through talent Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) Strong communication, curiosity, and a solutions mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation Commission: Uncapped, tiered structure based on performance Total Earnings Potential: Substantially higher with strong performance Health, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, and Pet Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Short/Long-Term Disability Insurance Unlimited PTO Rapid promotion opportunities based on merit About Talento Recruiting Since 2017, we’ve completed 1000+ searches for over 65 clients across 15 countries.
