QA Lead, Data & Reporting

Leading a team of QA professionals, the full-time remote QA Lead, Data & Reporting will develop and implement QA strategies for data and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards and overseeing test plans to maintain data integrity. Key responsibilities: Lead, manage, and train the Quality Assurance team, setting goals and ensuring timely task delivery Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for data and reporting systems to identify potential issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective test plans and drive quality assurance Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA and testing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role 5+ years of experience with testing data and reporting systems, including ETL processes and data warehousing concepts Strong experience with Tableau and/or Power BI for report validation, and Snowflake for complex query writing Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, REST API testing tools, and Agile development methodologies
