• Assess, triage, and manage emergency patients across all age groups.
• Administer IVs, medications, blood products, and emergency interventions.
• Recognize and manage dysrhythmias and critical conditions.
• Document accurately in EMR (Epic).
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal care.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year ER RN
• License: Active NY RN (no pending)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Charting: Epic preferred
• Ratio: 1:5–6
• Float: Yes
