Responsibilities:As a Plaintiff Attorney, you will play a crucial role in the success of our firm. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Thoroughly reviewing each case to ensure accuracy and completeness. Determining necessary tasks needed on cases and providing guidance to case staff. Ensuring cases are being effectively and efficiently processed through the legal system. Taking the lead in reaching out to firm clients and addressing their questions and concerns. Documenting detailed notes and tasks in our case management software, maintaining organized and comprehensive records. Regularly reporting case progress and updates to firm managers. Experience & Requirements:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 2+ years' experience as a plaintiff personal injury attorney. Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. In good standing with the Massachusetts Bar. Juris Doctor degree. Excellent attention to detail. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
