We are looking for patient service oriented professionals to provide support and interface with regards to billing & collection matters. As a dental biller, you will be tasked with managing patient billing and collection arrangements. This role is essential for improving delinquency of account balances. Duties Managing account balances for multiple locations & departments Taking charge of all collection efforts to decrease monthly AR Auditing accounts to ensure proper balances are forwarded to patients Gathering proper documentation for collection agency Preparing weekly & monthly reports Requirements Experience in customer service Bi-Lingual, a plus Employment Type Full Time Compensation Based on Experience + Opportunity for Weekly Bonus Incentive Equal Opportunity Employer: Veterans/Disabled. #J-18808-Ljbffr
