Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Therapist

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Behavioral Health And Substance Abuse Therapist to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting. Responsibilities: Counsel and advise individuals or groups with substance abuse problems Coordinate intake processes and assessments Develop and implement individual treatment plans Prepare progress reports and letters for relevant parties Submit and organize documentation in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) environment Maintain continued education and keep up-to-date on the latest clinical interventions and guidelines to best serve clients Qualifications: Previous experience in counseling, social work, or other related fields Compassionate and caring demeanor with the ability to build rapport among clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical proficiency with EHRs Licensed candidates are preferred in the following provider designations: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC) #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
