We are seeking an ambitious Insurance Defense Litigation Associate to join our growing litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with at least one year of law firm experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and gain hands-on experience handling sophisticated defense matters.

What You'll Do

• Manage litigation files with increasing independence
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings and mediations
• Develop litigation strategy
• Communicate directly with clients and carriers
• Prepare cases for trial
• Collaborate with partners on complex litigation matters
