Job Details Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active bar admission in Maryland One to three years of experience working on corporate or transactional matters, or relevant experience gained through clerkships or internships Exposure to general corporate work such as entity formation, governance matters, contracts, or transactional support Ability to draft and review basic corporate documents and agreements with supervision Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Interested in hearing more?
